It's the time for looking back over the past year and thinking about the future. 2005 was a good year for me, after a series of pretty awful ones. I spent the first few months recovering from a serious operation which (touch wood) has sorted my back problems out once and for all. OK, so I broke a couple of fingers in the summer, but otherwise I'm as healthy as I've been for a long time. I promoted my first concert in May, have recorded my first CD, and will be starting a radio show on Resonance FM very shortly. I travelled to New York and to Dublin, and of course York for the wedding of the year. I've been blessed with some fantastic friends, some of the best of which are contributors to this blog.
And I met the lovely Louise. Looking forward to 2006.
